Safety of the 02 Taksi customer

  • The 02 Taksi app allows you to view customer ratings for various taxi companies, enabling you to select your preferred provider based on user experiences. If you prefer using the 02 Taksi telephone service, our customer service agents are happy to provide you with the information you need – all you need to do is ask!
  • If you specify your pickup address and destination, you are always quoted a fixed price for your ride. You will know what the ride will cost right away.
  • Some taxi companies let you pay for the ride via the app in advance using MobilePay or a payment card, for example. This saves you the trouble of having to handle money or cards in the car.
  • If you pay via the app, your receipt will be sent straight to the app and your email address.
  • Once a driver accepts your booking, you will be able to see the car’s details and track the taxi’s route.
  • You can make sure you’re getting in the right car by checking the number on the taxi sign or the registration number of the vehicle.
  • You can track the route of the car either in the app or via the link you receive through telephone bookings – also during the ride.
  • If you start feeling uncomfortable during your ride, you can use the app to connect with the 02 Taksi telephone service 020230, which will respond to your call at any time of the day.
  • In an emergency, always call 112.
  • When you make a booking with us, the details of your booking are recorded so that they can be accessed at a later date if necessary.
  • If you provide us with feedback regarding a ride that made you feel unsafe, we will promptly follow up with the taxi company and driver to address your concerns.
  • In cases where the driver’s conduct is found to have been inappropriate, they will be denied access to further 02 Taksi bookings.

02 Taksi safety instructions for customers

  • If your driver wants to wear a mask during the journey, kindly respect their decision to do so.
  • Use a seat belt.
  • Treat everyone with respect. 02 Taksi does not condone any kind of racism.
  • Avoid talking about personal matters, such as religion or politics.
  • Making comments or inquiries regarding the appearance or marital status of a person is not appropriate, as these are private matters.
  • Remain calm.
  • Avoid touching the driver.
  • Show respect for the taxi. Do not damage it in any way and leave it free of rubbish before exiting.
  • If you experience or witness a threatening situation, immediately call the police at 112.
  • Do not contact your driver after the journey unless you need to inquire about lost items.
  • Please notify 02 Taksi right away if your driver contacts you after your ride without a valid reason.

Safety of the 02 Taksi driver

  • You are always able to see the name and telephone number of the customer when you accept a booking. Make sure that you are picking up the right customer by asking them what their name is.
  • Confirm the destination and possible fixed price with the customer.
  • If the customer has paid for the ride in advance via the app, you do not need to handle any money or payment cards.
  • Remain calm even if the customer’s behaviour is inappropriate.
  • If there’s a problem, you can call the 02 Taksi number at any time of the day.
  • In an emergency, always call 112.
  • 02 Taksi stores the customer’s information when they make a booking. If necessary, we can always identify the customer for whom you have provided services.
  • Any customer found to be abusing the 02 Taksi service will be denied access to the service.

  • Confirm the details of the booking and possible fixed price as you pick up a customer.
  • Check whether the customer has paid for their ride in advance or whether you need to charge them in the car.
  • Make sure that you are well-rested and do not drive if you are tired.
  • Use a seat belt.
  • Do not use your phone while driving.
  • Adhere to traffic regulations.
  • Avoid using strong fragrances, as they may cause the customer to have an allergic reaction.
  • If your customer wants to wear a mask during the journey, kindly respect their decision to do so.
  • Treat everyone with respect. 02 Taksi does not condone any kind of racism.
  • Talk about light topics and avoid personal ones, such as religion or politics.
  • It is not appropriate to make comments or inquiries regarding the appearance or marital status of a person, as these are considered private matters.
  • Behave in a calm and professional manner.
  • Avoid touching the customer unless they need help with getting in and out of the car.
  • If you experience or witness a threatening situation, immediately call the police at 112.
  • Do not contact the customer after the journey unless you need to notify them about lost items.
  • Let 02 Taksi know right away if a customer contacts you after their ride without a valid reason.
