Prebook by phone

Using 02 Taksi makes prebooking a taxi quick and easy. The customer service agents at our telephone service will prebook a taxi on your behalf in no time.

If you want to compare rides before choosing the one you want, the telephone service will help with that, too. After booking, we’ll send you an SMS, which contains a link that will allow you to track your car’s arrival. If you select a fixed price for your ride, an advance booking fee is included in the taxi fare. If you want to go with meter pricing, some taxi companies may charge you for an additional prebooking fee. Our telephone service allows you make a prebooking up to 30 days in advance!

Prebooking with the app

Prebooking a taxi with the app is quick and easy:

1. Enter your pickup address in the app
2. Tap on the “Now” field below the “Destination” field and enter your desired pickup time. (NOTE! Prebookings need to be made at least 30 minutes before the pickup, and they can be made up to 7 days in advance.)
3. If you know your drop-off address and want a fixed price for your ride, enter your destination as well.
4. Compare fares and book a taxi!
